Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Our typical processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs. You can choose from standard, expedited, and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Locations: We, as 925 Club, are based in United Arab Emirates, and we offer shipping to addresses within the GCC and the Middle East. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its whereabouts.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation. The approved currencies are all the the currencies used within the GCC (SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, OMR & BHD) in addition to USD for the rest of the Middle East Countries.

Customs and Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any additional charges incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing an order.

Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery timeframes vary based on the selected shipping method and the destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue and initiate the necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Change of Shipping Address: If you need to update the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes to the shipping address may cause delays in delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY: We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details

RETURN POLICY: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
